Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A customer in North Smithfield, RI didn't have the most reliable sump pump as it was struggling to keep up with the heavy rain. Determined to find a solution, he asked our appointment center to have an inspector give him an estimate on a sump pump. After a close discussion about the sump pump options, the homeowner went with the TripleSafe sump pump. There was a homeowner in Milford, MA that needed a new sump pump for her basement due to the amount of water she was receiving. That water wasn't going anywhere, causing a disturbance such as dampness and humidity. Our inspector and production crew teamed up to come up with a plan and installed our TripleSafe sump pump to provide this homeowner with a sump that can discharge water during heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup battery system! 

In this Smithfield, RI basement, water was leaking in the area where they had recently added a patio, addition, and pool. After contacting DryZone for some help getting it under control, our inspector and the homeowners agreed that all those components put stress on the foundation and could see it caused a crack. For wall cracks we use our FlexiSpan system to seal up the crack and create a drain in case the seal doesn’t hold up, then the water would fall into that system and not the floor. The installation crew ends the repair with a layer of CleanSpace for a clean look and a little more added protection against leaks.
