This East Taunton, MA home was dealing with water seeping in after large rains through cracks in the walls and ground, a problem they didn’t want to have and their sump pumps weren’t fixing. At the free estimate, our inspector was able to assess the basement and notice that a big problem for them was that their pumps were on one side of the basement when the water was coming in on the opposite side, with nothing to collect or transport the water to the existing sump pump. This homeowner in Milton, Massachusetts was looking for a solution for their damp basement and to complete the area a little bit more for their children. They wanted to make the basement into a comfortable play room for their kids. The home owners met with our system design specialist Jay Hanrahahn to discuss their water issues in their property. A customer in Roxbury, MA was aware how risky it can be to not own a waterproofing system in his basement. After months of discussing with his wife, they decided to try out our company so they won't have to worry about potential floods or mold growth. Our sales inspector knew that a drainage and sump pump system would be wonderful to protect this basement, so our production team went along and jackhammered the interior perimeter to place the WaterGuard interior drainage system in, which was then connected to a TripleSafe sump pump that was installed in the corner. These two products really go well together because water is being directed out of the basement, which means there won't be any standing puddles and water damages as time passes.
