Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The customer in Providence RI met us at the Rhode Island Home Show and was interested in getting their basement waterproofed. After the house was vacant for years they needed to care for the home and the first step was keeping the basement dry.

This homeowner in Sherborn, MA wasn't happy with the current state of her basement because it was very damp. She contacted us to see what products would be best for her basement. After a full inspection, our production crew lined up her walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect her basement from moisture, rot and pests from coming in! 

This Wayland, MA unfinished basement got a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, and a TripleSafe sump pump system to help capture and carry away all the water that had been seeping into the basement. After receiving a flier in the mail, this homeowner reached out to schedule a free inspection and written estimate with our company. Shortly after, Jacob was out to the home to assess and evaluate the situation, and determine what the best course of action would be based on this home's history and needs. After agreeing to move forward with this project, the homeowner was scheduled for installation, lead by foreman Kervin, and now the basement will be protected well for many years (and storms!) to come.

The transformation here is amazing. We had to open the hole up a bit more to install the TripleSafe Sump system but it was certainly the right solution for this customer in Warwick, RI.
