Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Natick, MA was seeing water coming through the ground of his finished basement. He wanted to avoid any costly damages from water, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump for him to provide a primary pump, secondary pump and battery backup pump incase of power outages. Now, his basement has three layers of protection discharging water away from his basement! 

A customer in Natick, MA had recently seen water leaking in from the floor of his basement. After a couple of rainstorms, he noticed puddles of water forming which was annoying to get rid of by hand, so our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump for this customer! Now, with the three pump system, there are three layers of protection against water coming in, including times where the power goes out due to the backup battery pump it comes with! 

Our customer was concerned about having an exposed system because of the threat of radon. They already had a radon mitigation system installed so we installed a sealed system so no gasses could escape. 

This home in Natick, MA would take on water when during rains, the water would fall right down the staircase and under the door. Our fix is to install TrenchDrain, an attachment of our WaterGuard system that will catch water flowing from all angles.
