I had a great experience with DryZone. My basement had been getting water under the basement walkout door, so I scheduled a consultation. The representative carefully walked me through the issue and my options, provided an on-the-spot estimate, and explained what the solution would look like. What stood out was that I never felt pressured to make a decision right away. I did get a second quote from another company in a similar price range, but their approach was much more of a hard sell. That made my decision to go with DryZone easy. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, kept the work area very clean, and then took the time to walk me through everything they had done. The crew was very patient as I asked my questions about the job. This installation has made a real difference for my home. We used to get anxious when hard rains were forecasted and we would prepare the wet dry vac and portable sump pump. Now we have peace of mind knowing that the DryZone system will take care of any water that makes its way under the basement door. The maintenance service was completed at our house located at 3 Freeman Street in Sandwich Mass. I was extremely satisfied. Erin was very pleasant and was extremely accommodating when a snow storm interrupted our original appointment. James Boughner was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining the system to me. The resprentative on the phone was very professional and handles all questions and concerns with absolutely no problem at all. The system was sold by a great guy Dan, he follows up to make sure everything is done perfectly. The installation crew was amazing, professional, courteous and really know how to do their job perfectly. They cleaned up better than I expected, for the amount of work (complete basement drain system with triple safe pumps) there is not any debris left in the basement or in the yard.

I just happened to drive by Company office. Went in and asked for literature and received a very informative book. I then did some reviews of the WaterGuard system and Todd Lutinski's Company and decided to go with him. Besides, anybody who lets his dogs greet you when you come into his dealership can't be bad! Incredible Professional company! All interaction with this company was pleasant. Derek knew is products and suggested a system to address my problem. I have no concerns at all after dealing with Dry Zone of Bridgewater. Just wanted to say thanks for making my basement dry. Since the install in July I have held my breath every time it has rained , thought no product could be this good, WRONG ! The winter weather that we have endured and this last Northeaster has made me realize that Dry Zone has very much changed my life for the better. Crew was excellent, worked hard and were pleasant.   Update  7/2016: The pump and French drain system is excellent; we have not had a drop of water in the basement since the system was installed. Annual maintenance is efficient and quick.

Your representative at a trade show was very knowledgeable a good listener and thoroughly knew your products. Jay, the salesman, was super friendly and the pre-install information packet was perhaps the best I had ever seen with more than enough information to make an intelligent decision. That installation was finished off impressively and looked like it came with the house. (A TripleSafe with two up and out of the cellar transfer pipes with a subterranean drain pipe away from the house). The Info Packet booklet was the number one reason I chose to work with DryZone and reflects your commitment to the trade.

James not only did the yearly service on our sump pump, he also installed the SaniDry Dehumidifier. Erin is very personable and accommodating on the phone. James called to inform us of what time he would be arriving and was punctual. James is very professional and knowledgable about the service he is providing. Willing to answer all our questions regarding the service provided and the install of the SaniDry system. He also left the area spotless!
