I have worked with Rick on a few different projects starting with my business, The Secret Garden Pet Resort. Rick came up with a solution to drastically improve the air quality at my pet resort, resulting in a healthier environment which I can confidently measure by the almost non existence occurrence of airborne illnesses amongst my guests.    More recently, Rick worked with me on my personal home's dry basement system in East Bridgewater. As a first time home owner inquiring about a concept  so foreign to me, it would have been easy for someone to take advantage of me. This however was never the case, as Rick worked with me to create a solution that was effective yet reasonable. Several months after installing my dry zone system, I contacted Rick to inquire about finishing my basement. Even after realizing a DryZone panel system was currently out of my budget, Rick offered alternative suggestions and spoke to me at length about my different options.    Fast forward to today. As my home was being inspected for a perspective buyer, the inspector noticed a puddle by the new sump pump. With all this rain, I expected the worst and immediately called Rick in a panic. Rick didn't hesitate to reach out to the inspector as well as my real estate agent and my boyfriend to trouble shoot the problem on the spot, even offering to come meet us there after hours. To go above and beyond like that for an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the dry zone system really deserves special recognition. Although I'm sure Rick treats all his clients with this kind of compassion, I just had to speak up and share my experience with the rest of his team. He treated me with respect and i think he is valuable member to DryBasement Systems company. I had 2 sump pumps installed ,the first pump in Jan. with Ryan and the 2nd with James in April..both were awesome and professional and they did a great job. Both Ryan and James clean after themselves like it was their own home ...Awesome company !!!

Jay did a great job explaining what i needed. Kyle and his crew did a great job with installing and the clean up. You can't even tell they disturbed anything.

They turned our complicated dirt floor basement disaster into a dry space that we can use, doubling our usable storage space. Many companies told us the job was either too complicated or very expensive. Todd knew exactly what to do and priced us fairly. He even had a new cement floor poured after the drain system was installed. They service our pump yearly and if we have any issues or questions (even weekends or after hours), Todd is always helpful. I highly recommend these guys. They were professional from start to end.

The company does excellent work and are very professional and courteous. Derek was very professional and clear about work to be done. The installation crew (Ryan) was another very courteous and professional man. Work was well done and clearly explained. The cleanup process was very good and clean you would never have known anyone was there.

I've used DryZone before, they proved themselves to be courteous, prompt, professional, and most important, successful in their work. Ryan & Matt did the work in an expeditious and professional manner. They arrived on time, as scheduled, and completed the work as they predicted. Great experience and very professional service. The salesman was a few hours late for appointment but did call to let me know. The installation crew, Steve and Kyle, were excellent, neat and finished on time... left the basement cleaner than when they found it!

After receiving an advertisement and coupon in the mail, I called DryZone. The company provided great service, the salesman left me with some great info and the installation crew was very capable and professional. They left the basement spotless!
