This homeowner in Warwick, MA had a crawl space that was built with a dirt floor and concrete walls so they were looking to have it insulated and encapsulated because the temperature irregularity was affecting the living area in their home. Next, they encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier which seals off the space and protects it from outside issues like water. To fix the structural issues that the homeowner was starting to see, the crew installed our SmartJacks. SmartJacks are strong beams made of galvanized steel that not only support the floor but can also be adjusted to reverse the sloping that has already occurred.
