Crawl Space Waterproofing in Warwick, RI

This homeowner in Warwick, RI reached out to us because they were looking to have their crawl space waterproofed and reinsulated. One of our inspectors, Andy, went to the home to have a look and drew up a solution that would keep water out of the crawl space and regulate it's temperature. Kervin, one of our foremen, and his crew were ready to get to work on installation day! They started by removing the existing fiber glass insulation that was wearing away. Then they reinsulated the crawl space with our Terrablock and SilverGlo insulations, which are much better at regulating the temperature of a crawl space and they're made of materials that don't break down easily over time. Next, the crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed the CleanSpace SmartDrain to keep the entire space dry and clean. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about the conditions of their crawl space!
