Warwick, RI Crawl Space Encapsulation

A homeowner in Warwick, RI reached out to us because they were interested in having their crawlspace encapsulated. In the past, a clear tarp was laid over the crawl space floor to keep it clean but it didn't do the trick and the space was very humid. Our inspector, Steve, visited the home during the free estimate appointment and drew up a plan to fully encapsulate it. On installation day, Riley, our foreman, and his crew got to work with fixing this crawl space. They first removed any debris that was in the space and once it was clear they were able to fully encapsulate. The crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. Now the homeowner can feel confident that their crawl space is protected from water and weather.
