Crawl Space Repair in West Springfield, MA

A homeowner in West Springfield, MA gave us a call about their crawl space that they wanted to have fully encapsulated. They previously had a clear tarp laid over the dirt floor but it wasn't doing much at all. Our inspector, Rick, visited the home and assessed the crawl space, then he drew up a plan for the space. On installation day, our crew started by removing the existing tarp and any other debris that was in the space. Then they laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor prevent any water from pooling inside. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.
