Natick, MA Crawl Space Solutions

A homeowner in Natick, MA was having issues with their crawl space being damp and smelly so they gave us a call. Our inspector, David, went out to the home and took a look at the crawl space, then he shared a plan with the homeowner. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew brought David's plan to life. They first removed any debris that was in the space and then they laid down drainage matting to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. The crew then fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity under control and eliminate the musty odor.
