When this new construction project in Dennis, MA was having issues with water flooding the basement, the owners called upon their contractor to get a solution! They made the call to DryZone and we were able to encapsulate and waterproof the space! In large crawl spaces like this one, with lots of water too, we can install a basement sump pump to help waterproof the area. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed with StarPipe, our pipe system designed for dirt crawl spaces that won't get clogged from sand or soil from the earth. We combined that solution with our encapsulation to be able to remove water but also prevent moisture from the earth being absorbed by all the structural components of the home, which can lead to rot. With these methods, this crawl space won't be seeing flooding like in the past!
