Transforming a Mashpee, MA Crawl Space

The new owners of this home in Mashpee, MA had a basement with a crawl space off of it that just smelt bad, musty and damp. They wanted to be able to use the space for storage but didn't want all of their belongings to smell or get mildewy. Our inspector had a solution to address their concerns and after the owners were onboard, our crew got to work! To address the crawl space, the crew encapsulated the space, which consists of creating a barrier between the damp dirt below and the structure of the home above. Adding a barrier with our CleanSpace keeps moisture that can cause mold and mildew in the earth and out of the crawl space air, reducing the damp smells significantly!
