Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner called us reporting that the center beam of his basement was sagging. Our team went in and installed 5 SmartJack XT supports to support the floor joist system above it, as well as 16 ft of supplemental PowerBrace beams. We installed metal sleeves over the floor joists and used a PowerBrace Clamp Bracket to hold the beam. This enabled us to permanently stabilize the floors in the customer's home. Stable homes make for happy customers and bring us one step closer to our vision: A world with healthy basements and stable structures!

This crawlspace was causing problems for Rumford, RI homeowners. When another company came in and was unable to provide services for insulation and vapor barriers for them - they recommended the homeowners give DryZone a call! We rose to the occasion, and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system to help protect against moisture, and create an additional barrier between the dirt floor and their home above. With the addition of SilverGlo insulation - they are prepared with protection year round, what a relief!

There was a homeowner in Riverside, RI that called us looking for help about his damp dirt crawlspace. The crawlspace was exposed to dirt, leading to moisture creeping inside. The moisture can cause various issues, such as mold growth or humidity levels to rise. In efforts to combat this, our production team did a wonderful job covering up the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier! This separates the earth from the home to keep moisture out! 

A homeowner wanted to completely encapsulate his dirt crawlspace with a vapor barrier to keep it free from moisture. He didn't want moisture to cause any mold to grow onto the wooden building material, so the best solution we provided was encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier that will separate the home from the earth! 

This home in Jamestown, RI had two concrete floor crawlspaces, that were taking on water through the foundation walls and floors. After speaking with Ken in our Appointment Center, our inspector Mike went out to perform a thorough evaluation of the crawlspaces and determine what could be done to eliminate this water issue. Our crew, led by foreman Kervin, installed our CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system in both crawlspaces; a SmartSump crawlspace sump pump system was installed in one crawlspace, while the other had a TripleSafe sump pump system installed (the heigh and depth of the foundation in this second crawl would allow for it). And to top it off, a new SaniDry Sedona was installed to help maintain a relative humidity, one that is too low for mold or mildew to grow, keeping these crawlspaces dry and issue-free for years to come!
