It's obvious from the start that this is a company that cares about the customer and doing what is best for him/her. Whatever training system you have in place, keep it up and don't change a thing. It's working. :-)

Mike Albert is a huge asset to the company. Very straight-forward with the best results for the customer in mind. Very knowledgeable about the company and the business of basement systems.
Paul Brown was very friendly, professional, and extremely thorough in making sure the system was installed correctly and unobtrusively. He explained how things worked and made sure I knew I could call for support at any time.
