Excellent company to work with from beginning to end. We have had the system installed for over 2 years now with zero issues, the basement remains dry as a bone. The work was done professionally and with care. Customer service was great. I would recommend this company to anyone with a water problem in their basement.

Hi Len,   Just wanted to let you know I am very happy with the crawlspace repairs.  I already noticed a difference the next day, when the temps were the coldest in December so far- and the floor in the family room was not freezing cold as it was before- even in less chilly weather. You can walk on the carpet now barefoot and not feel uncomfortable.   Emilio and his team did a great job from what I can see- and they were very personable and helpful with any questions.  They have a good sense of humor as well, even after finding two large dead rats in the crawlspace!   The only regret is that I did not do this sooner.  It would have saved a lot of headaches.   I may look into another problem in the Spring where there is a leak in a corner closet in the basement- as to the best way to deal with it. I have had really good experience with the company and the employees. Very professional and prompt service. The woman on the phone was Very good and provided courteous service. The tecnician was Courteous and professional.

I had the annual service done on my system. The technician was Dave. He said he had recently started working there. I do know the company takes a great deal of pride in their products and service, and it's very obvious that pride is shared by their technicians. Dave was very knowledgeable about the system, made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns, and he was very pleasant.  He is a good representative for the company and reflects the quality ethics of the company. 

The guys were great, hard working, came in and got the job done. They always kept me informed as to what was going on. Also, they were very friendly and professional. As mentioned above you did work at my daughter's house and I was blown away by the absolute positive results. No more wet basement for her and none for me I hope, so I can brag you guys up to anybody.

This system is amazing! My basement doesn't smell anymore, it actually smells good! A builder that I had working on my home actually asked who had done my basement because it is absolutely beautiful. The crew workers were so respectful and nice. I couldn't believe it. They left the basement spotless. DryZone Basement Systems is well worth the money!

Customer service is outstanding. When I had an issue, someone was there within an hour and a half. I can always get someone on the phone when I need them. Always very courteous and keeps me in the loop on the progress. The basement was left cleaner than when they came in.

I had a great experience with DryZone. My basement had been getting water under the basement walkout door, so I scheduled a consultation. The representative carefully walked me through the issue and my options, provided an on-the-spot estimate, and explained what the solution would look like. What stood out was that I never felt pressured to make a decision right away. I did get a second quote from another company in a similar price range, but their approach was much more of a hard sell. That made my decision to go with DryZone easy. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, kept the work area very clean, and then took the time to walk me through everything they had done. The crew was very patient as I asked my questions about the job. This installation has made a real difference for my home. We used to get anxious when hard rains were forecasted and we would prepare the wet dry vac and portable sump pump. Now we have peace of mind knowing that the DryZone system will take care of any water that makes its way under the basement door. Everyone at DryZone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend DryZone.

I just happened to drive by Company office. Went in and asked for literature and received a very informative book. I then did some reviews of the WaterGuard system and Todd Lutinski's Company and decided to go with him. Besides, anybody who lets his dogs greet you when you come into his dealership can't be bad! Incredible Professional company! All interaction with this company was pleasant. Derek knew is products and suggested a system to address my problem. Not Pushy! Ricky and Rene were the greatest. They answered any questions and did an outstanding installation. When they finished, you would never know that they had been there except for the most professional looking install I could have imagined. They are a true asset to the Company. Whatever your paying them it's not enough. They left my home spotless!

I have no concerns at all after dealing with Dry Zone of Bridgewater. Just wanted to say thanks for making my basement dry. Since the install in July I have held my breath every time it has rained , thought no product could be this good, WRONG ! The winter weather that we have endured and this last Northeaster has made me realize that Dry Zone has very much changed my life for the better. I surely would been knee deep in water by now, instead I am dry as a bone. Please thank everyone who was responsible for the design, install, and service that you have giving me. John C. Taunton
