Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement in North Grafton, MA was not staying dry, even with a sump pump. The main issue was the sump pump itself actually, it was old and did not receive any type of cleaning within the past several years! This homeowner needed a new solution, and we delivered! Our production team swapped out the old sump pump and installed our TripleSafe sump pump, equipped with 3 pumps for more pumping power to fight against heavy rains and power outages. As the cherry on top, we plugged in our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to dry out the humid air, improving the air quality in this basement for years to come! 

This homeowner in North Grafton, MA was experiencing constant water seepage through his basement walls, resulting in a mess! Puddles everywhere and the area felt very humid. When our team was installing in this Greene, RI home, one thing that was done was adding drainage around the water tank. Our TrenchDrain was able to go around it was a grated top at the floor’s surface, this would allow any water to be collected before reaching the tank. Also if the tank were to leak, the TrenchDrain could collect and lead it to the sump pump it before it reached other parts of the basement. 

A home owner contacted us with concerns of water coming into their basement through two cracks in the wall. A Technicion went out and assessed the situation and knew FlexiSpan would be the best thing for the job.

Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor. 

We used our three-part system, FlexiSpan, to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself.
