Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

   This customer called complaining of a basement that leaks whenever it rains or the snows. He had our crew intall WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement to drain the water into the TripleSafe sump pump, expelling it from the home and away from the foundation.

This area in this basement located in Holden, MA was getting very wet every time there was a rainfall in town. The opening at the stairs allows as much water to creep into the cracks which caused water to create puddles in this spot. To prevent any more standing water, we installed a TrenchDrain to assist with the drainage in this basement. It's crucial to have a drainage channel in your basement so that water doesn't build up on the floor! 

This customer's basement in Ashby, MA was damp and subject to mold growth. Not only was the air humid, there was water seeping in through the walls causing damage to the paint. To make sure this basement stays dry and safe all year long, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to get rid of the water seeping in and plugged in our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to lower the humidity down. Ever since our installation, this homeowner hasn't had a problem since!

Our customer in Auburn, MA needed some help with basement waterproofing. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the floor along with an access port, Zoeller M-53 Sump Pump, IceGuard, and a Lawnscape outlet.
