Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We used our three-part system, FlexiSpan, to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself. This basement in Hope Valley, RI was creating issues for this homeowner. The moisture getting into this basement caused some of the wood to rot which is never a good sign. Wood rot can get severe to a point where it weakens the support it provides to the floor above. To prevent further moisture intrusion, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier!
