DryZone came out to install a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump system to help eliminate continued issues with water intrusion. The homeowner and realtor at this property were looking to improve the home before listing it. One major project was the basement. The owner has been dealing with a poor sump pump and has always had ground water appear after rain storms.

DryZone installed a Zoeller m53 pump to keep the water out of the home where the previous sump could not keep up. The realtor and client were very pleased with the increased property value and peace of mind!

This homeowner had contacted DryZone about 4 years ago for a free written estimate and inspection on how to properly waterproof their unfinished basement; at the time of that inspection, they were not fully ready to move forward with our recommendations. The homeowner ultimately agreed and trusted our professional opinion, and moved forward with the installation of both a SuperSump Plus and a TripleSafe sump pump system, and the installation of both WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems to capture other water that was coming up through the wall/floor joints. This basement is ready to take on the next rainstorm, without a doubt!
