Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Grafton, MA had plans on building a home gym in his basement. But he didn't want to finish the project until he knew his basement was waterproofed, so he called us for help! To ensure that the customer was able to finish his gym, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump and a WaterGuard interior drainage system. The water will now be collected and channeled to the sump pump, making this basement more protected!

When our team was installing in this Greene, RI home, one thing that was done was adding drainage around the water tank. Our TrenchDrain was able to go around it was a grated top at the floor’s surface, this would allow any water to be collected before reaching the tank. Also if the tank were to leak, the TrenchDrain could collect and lead it to the sump pump it before it reached other parts of the basement. 

We used our three-part system, FlexiSpan, to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself. Flexispan completely seals the crack for a permanent solution. 

A home owner contacted us with concerns of water coming into their basement through two cracks in the wall. A Technicion went out and assessed the situation and knew FlexiSpan would be the best thing for the job.

Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor. 

This basement in Hope Valley, RI was creating issues for this homeowner. The moisture getting into this basement caused some of the wood to rot which is never a good sign. Wood rot can get severe to a point where it weakens the support it provides to the floor above. To prevent further moisture intrusion, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier!
