Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner from Cumberland, RI wanted his basement evaluated for a waterproofing solution. His basement was get wet whenever rain came down and he wanted to keep the area nice and dry, but not having a sump pump or drainage system was not helping. To change that, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge water. To compliment it, we also installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system that runs inside the whole perimeter. In this photo set, you can see how we were able to protect this oil tank from any water damage with the WaterGuard system! Now, no water will puddle up around on this basement floor. 

This partially finished Cumberland, RI basement was taking on water in several spots. Despite having a sump pump and dehumidifier installed already, they couldn't keep up with the water during heavy rain events. Having seen our website at the top of a Google search for professional waterproofers in their area, this homeowner reached out to our Appointment Center, and Ken set her right up with an appointment to have our inspector Trevor come out to perform a thorough evaluation and estimate in their basement. 

Upon his recommendation, they moved forward with the installation of a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, a brand new TripleSafe sump pump system, and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifer - which we lovingly refer to as the triple threat! This customer from North Kingstown, RI was tired of his malfunctioning sump pump being loud all the time. Turns out, it was stuck in the "on" position and it was getting very old, so we replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump. We will perform maintenance checks on it to make sure the system is clean and running! Lastly, the crew plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help get rid of water vapor lurking in the air.
