Turns out, it was stuck in the "on" position and it was getting very old, so we replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump. We will perform maintenance checks on it to make sure the system is clean and running! Lastly, the crew plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help get rid of water vapor lurking in the air.
