Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A customer in Lincoln, RI had an existing vapor barrier for his dirt crawlspace but it wasn't completely doing the job. There was still a strange smell coming from the crawlspace, and it still felt humid. Frustrated, the customer contacted our appointment center because they heard that our CleanSpace vapor barrier does an excellent job at keeping moisture out! Our production crew did not disappoint! They got rid of all the debris in the crawlspace, then encapsulated the area with CleanSpace! 

DryZone installed SilverGlo insulation in this customer's Cumberland, RI home. SilverGlo is a 2" foam insulation board that is infused with graphite to reflect heat and lower conductivity. It is also a radiant barrier so it will reflect heat back into the basement, saving on energy costs!

Our inspector, Rick, drew up a plan to encapsulate the crawl space which would result in a dry and protected space, improve the home, and lower energy bills. On installation day, our crew, lead by Shawn, got to work with the encapsulation process.
