This homeowner in Southborough, MA couldn't stand the smell she was experiencing everyday coming from her basement. The moisture in the basement was overwhelming, causing humidity levels to rise. Our crew, led by foreman Kervin, installed our CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system in both crawlspaces; a SmartSump crawlspace sump pump system was installed in one crawlspace, while the other had a TripleSafe sump pump system installed (the heigh and depth of the foundation in this second crawl would allow for it). And to top it off, a new SaniDry Sedona was installed to help maintain a relative humidity, one that is too low for mold or mildew to grow, keeping these crawlspaces dry and issue-free for years to come!
