Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

There was a homeowner in Lincoln, RI that couldn't stand the current state of her dirt crawlspace. The crawlspace was very exposed to moisture, and she began to worry about mold possibly growing onto the wooden building material. To combat this issue, our crew did a fantastic job applying CleanSpace vapor barrier along the whole crawlspace to keep moisture out! 

A customer in Lincoln, RI had an existing vapor barrier for his dirt crawlspace but it wasn't completely doing the job. There was still a strange smell coming from the crawlspace, and it still felt humid. Frustrated, the customer contacted our appointment center because they heard that our CleanSpace vapor barrier does an excellent job at keeping moisture out! Our production crew did not disappoint! They got rid of all the debris in the crawlspace, then encapsulated the area with CleanSpace! 

This homeowner in Cumberland, RI called us to inquire about encapsulating their crawl space and we were happy to help since that is one of our specialties. Our inspector, Rick, drew up a plan to encapsulate the crawl space which would result in a dry and protected space, improve the home, and lower energy bills. On installation day, our crew, lead by Shawn, got to work with the encapsulation process. They started by insulating the space with SilverGlo to regulate the crawl space's temperature and then installed the drainage matting that sits on the ground underneath the vapor barrier. Finally, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier which is a strong material that seals out moisture and encapsulate the entire area. Now the space is protected from the outdoors and the overall environment of the home is better for it.

DryZone installed SilverGlo insulation in this customer's Cumberland, RI home. SilverGlo is a 2" foam insulation board that is infused with graphite to reflect heat and lower conductivity. It is also a radiant barrier so it will reflect heat back into the basement, saving on energy costs!

This homeowner in North Kingstown, RI gave us a call because they needed their crawl space insulated and encapsulated. On installation day, our crew started with removing any insulation and old materials that were in the space. Then they laid down our drainage matting over dirt floor of the crawl space to allow water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside.
