Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A basement in Ashland, MA was not in the best shape as there was insulation falling apart, debris everywhere and it felt very damp. Clearly not in ideal conditions, so we improved the quality by cleaning out the debris, replacing the insulation with our SilveGlo wall insulation and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier! This system collectively deals with any moisture problems and heats up the area as well! 

Before we serviced this crawlspace, it was so damp and musty that the homeowner didn't even want to go inside of it at times! This crawlspace was right under his living room, and every time he'd watch tv, he'd get a whiff of a strange odor from down below. Annoyed, he relied on us to solve his issue. 

We promptly came with a plan drawn up by our inspector, it was to line up the whole area with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will do a good job at preventing moisture from invading this space. 

A homeowner called us reporting that the center beam of his basement was sagging. Our team went in and installed 5 SmartJack XT supports to support the floor joist system above it, as well as 16 ft of supplemental PowerBrace beams. We installed metal sleeves over the floor joists and used a PowerBrace Clamp Bracket to hold the beam. This enabled us to permanently stabilize the floors in the customer's home. There was a homeowner in Riverside, RI that called us looking for help about his damp dirt crawlspace. The crawlspace was exposed to dirt, leading to moisture creeping inside.
