Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A customer from Sandwich, MA wanted to keep his crawl space at a controlled state, but the extreme humidity was the only obstacle. To settle this issue once and for all, our production team encapsulated the whole interior of this crawl space to protect it from the outside moisture. By completely blocking it's access to this crawl space, we lowered the chances of mold growth, strange odors and structural damages. 

This Marston Mills crawlspace was beautifully transformed with a SmartSump, Drainage Matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier and of course, a SaniDry to eliminate mositure from the air.

When this home in Osterville, MA was seeing puddles forming on their basement floors, they knew the severity of water damage and that it had to be stopped before it caused problems. After doing some research, they found DryZone and met with one of our inspectors to figure out exactly where the water was coming from and what could be done. We offered and installed a TripleSafe sump pump, tied into our Waterguard system along with the CleanSpace Wall barrier that would protect the basement from wall seepage and then tie into the Waterguard, to collect any moisture underneath. To finish it off, a SaniDry XP dehumidifier will collect the moisture from the air and drain right into the sump pump, so there is no need to drain it each day. Once the install was completed, the homeowners were so happy they had one less thing to worry about!

This crawlspace in West Barnstable, MA was prone to moisture throughout the year, so we took action and covered up the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep the moisture out and SilverGlo wall insulation to help warm up the crawlspace. These two products work perfectly together to keep a space warm and moist-free to improve the home quality! 

The owners of this home in Hyannis, MA wanted to encapsulated and dehumidify their crawl space and gave DryZone a call to tackle the job. Our system design specialist made a plan that our production crew executed to leave another happy customer. Along with a SaniDry dehumidifier, we encapsulated the basement with CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that will protect the inside from the outside elements such as rain, melting snow, dirt, and pests. SilverGlo insulation was also used on the walls of the crawl space which will work to keep the inside of the crawl space temperature regulated, perfect for spaces with humidity issues.
