Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Marshfield, MA wanted to completely clean out his crawlspace and apply a vapor barrier to keep the items he had in it safe from moisture. We placed drainage matting all over the floor and applied CleanSpace vapor barrier all along the floor to encapsulate it. Now, moisture won't be able to get into the crawlspace due to the thick polyethylene material. 

A customer from Marshfield, MA noticed two major issues in his dirt crawlspace, the vapor barrier wasn't good enough to keep moisture out and the flood was sagging down. To solve both issues, we cleaned out the old insulation, encapsulated the space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from entering and we installed SmartJacks floor support systems to level the sagging floor back to the correct position! 

The property in Duxbury had a lot of issues with moisture in their crawl space. They were looking for better insulation in the basement as well. The property also had debris to be cleaned out before the installation. Jay, our System Design Specialist and the customer met eye to eye on the proposal and the job was done in a timely fashion.

Since the basement was still a little moist, our crew lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to prevent moisture from getting in! 

For this crawl space encapsulation project in Nantucket, MA, our crews used TerraBlock, CleanSpace and Rim Joist insulation to create a protected and insulated space to block out moisture. Then to dry out the space and keep it dry, a SaniDry dehumidifier was installed. Overall, all these products working together will keep moisture, critters and the outside elements out!
