To settle this issue once and for all, our production team encapsulated the whole interior of this crawl space to protect it from the outside moisture. By completely blocking it's access to this crawl space, we lowered the chances of mold growth, strange odors and structural damages. 

After removing the organic, fiberglass insulation in the rim joists of this Sandwich, MA crawlspace, we came in to spray foam the rim joists.
