Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

With a narrow dirt floor crawlspace underneath the home, they were looking to resolve issues with the insulation and with the space not having any type of protective barrier. They had begun to suspect that when the original insulation was installed, it was done incorrectly - allowing for moisture, mildew and mold to grow on the paper covering. DryZone came out an installed our CleanSpace crawlspace vapor barrier encapsulation system, which acts as a thick barrier between the open dirt floor and the structure above, and installed new SilverGlo insulation throughout the crawlspace. The crawlspace was treated with Mold-X to help kill whatever spores had spread already and create an uninhabitable space, and a SaniDry Sedona was installed in the crawlspace to help maintain relative humidity - preventing moisture from causing these types of issues in the future! What a relief to have a well-protected, dry crawlspace beneath their new home!
