The home owner was in the process of the selling their home and wanted to take care of a reoccurring leak and dampness so the next home owner did not have to worry about the problem. After doing some research online the customer called DryZone Basement Systems and set up a free estimate. Our system design specialist Derek Rice proposed CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SmartSump to help in the problem area of the basement. 

This crawl space in Middleboro, MA was not in great shape unfortunately. This customer kept noticing a suspect smell creeping from his crawl space. With a lack of crawl space knowledge, he reached out to use for a solution. For this customer, we wrapped up the whole interior of this crawl space in CleanSpace vapor barrier, our reliable white liner that prevents moisture seepage.
