Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Natick, MA called us worried about her dirt crawlspace. The crawlspace was exposed to moisture and dampness, so our production crew encapsulated the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to get rid of any moisture as well as lowering the humidity! 

Before we serviced this crawlspace, it was so damp and musty that the homeowner didn't even want to go inside of it at times! This crawlspace was right under his living room, and every time he'd watch tv, he'd get a whiff of a strange odor from down below. Annoyed, he relied on us to solve his issue. 

We promptly came with a plan drawn up by our inspector, it was to line up the whole area with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This will do a good job at preventing moisture from invading this space.

Our team went in and installed 5 SmartJack XT supports to support the floor joist system above it, as well as 16 ft of supplemental PowerBrace beams. We installed metal sleeves over the floor joists and used a PowerBrace Clamp Bracket to hold the beam. This enabled us to permanently stabilize the floors in the customer's home.
