Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawlspace in Bristol, RI had too much moisture in the air, causing a strange smell to haunt the noses of the homeowner living above. In addition, this moisture exposure can cause mold growth too! So we prevented any future moisture-related damages from happening by encapsulating this crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier! Now, no more moisture will be able to get in! 

This homeowner in Foxboro, MA did not live the conditions of his basement, temperature wise. In the winter, the it would get too cold and in the summer it would get too hot. The best solution we provided to help maintain the temperature in the basement was to cover the walls with SilverGlo wall insulation! 

A homeowner from Newton, MA called us concerned about her insulation in her dirt crawlspace. It started to grow mold and was falling apart. To solve this issue, we completely cleaned out the old debris and installed SilverGlo wall insulation! This acts acts a radiant barrier to reflect heat back in, keeping the area warm and protected!

The customer in Mansfield, Massachusetts had purchase the home in 2013 and knew the home would eventually need a vapor barrier and basement overhaul. The home was old with a fieldstone foundation basement and crawl space. A major concern of the customer was the water entering into the home and the moisture issue. We were able to help!
