Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Natick, MA called us worried about her dirt crawlspace. The crawlspace was exposed to moisture and dampness, so our production crew encapsulated the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to get rid of any moisture as well as lowering the humidity! 

A homeowner in Pawtucket, RI reached out to us looking for crawl space insulation options. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the house to assess the crawl space and he drew up a plan for it. On installation day, Foreman Melvin and his crew first removed any debris that was in the space and then laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. Then they insulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which regulates temperature very efficiently and it doesn't deteriorate over time. The crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our EverLast door over the crawl space entrance. Now the homeowner can have nothing but peace of mind when it comes to their crawl space!

Before we serviced this crawlspace, it was so damp and musty that the homeowner didn't even want to go inside of it at times! This crawlspace was right under his living room, and every time he'd watch tv, he'd get a whiff of a strange odor from down below. Annoyed, he relied on us to solve his issue.

Our team went in and installed 5 SmartJack XT supports to support the floor joist system above it, as well as 16 ft of supplemental PowerBrace beams. We installed metal sleeves over the floor joists and used a PowerBrace Clamp Bracket to hold the beam. This enabled us to permanently stabilize the floors in the customer's home.
