Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Pawtucket, RI called us about their crawl space because it was in need of new insulation and to be encapsulated as well. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home to assess the crawl space and he drew up a solution for it. On installation day, our crew removed the debris and old insulation that was in the space, then they laid our drainage matting over the dirt floor. They reinsulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which will regulate temperature and won't deteriorate over time like other common insulations. The crew then fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low year-round. Before we serviced this crawlspace, it was so damp and musty that the homeowner didn't even want to go inside of it at times!
