Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The crawlspace was exposed to moisture and dampness, so our production crew encapsulated the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to get rid of any moisture as well as lowering the humidity!

On installation day, Foreman Melvin and his crew first removed any debris that was in the space and then laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. Our team went in and installed 5 SmartJack XT supports to support the floor joist system above it, as well as 16 ft of supplemental PowerBrace beams. We installed metal sleeves over the floor joists and used a PowerBrace Clamp Bracket to hold the beam. This enabled us to permanently stabilize the floors in the customer's home.
