When this customer called they were worried about sagging support beams in their basement. they had noticed that their upstairs floors seemed to be sagging. Our Call Center Representative set an appointment with a certified specialist to perform a free inspection and provide a written estimate for the work.
When the specialist came out, he quickly saw that the sagging beams were indeed an issue. He formulated a solution to the problem and the customer decide to move forward and have the work performed.
Solution
Our crew came out an installed four SmartJack XTs to stabilize the home and fix the sagging floors.
