Foundation Repair in Natick, MA
Challenge
This homeowner in Natick, MA has worked with us previously during a waterproofing project so they gave us a call when their home's foundation needed some help. Their floors above the basement were sloping downward and the foundation walls were bowing inward. One of our inspectors, Dave, went to the home to assess what foundation work needed to be done and drew up a solution. He went over every detail with the homeowner so that all they had to do was look forward to installation day!
Solution
Julius, one of our foremen, and his crew arrived on installation day ready to restore the structural integrity of this home. For the sloping floors, they installed five of our SmartJack Stabilizers along the main beam of the basement. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel and can be adjusted to reverse the sloping that has already occurred over time. For the bowing walls, they installed our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. PowerBraces are also made of galvanized steel and can be adjusted to reverse the damage that has already happened. The homeowner is so happy that the structural integrity of their home is restored!
