SmartJack Installation in Brockton, MA

Challenge

This homeowner in Brockton, MA gave us a call because they were noticing that the first floor of their home was creaky and starting to slope. Our sales inspector, Rick, went to the home to draw up a solution for the foundation issues and provide a free estimate. Rick's plan to fix the issues that the homeowner was noticing on the first floor involved adding support in the basement beneath it. However, the spots that needed support were in areas that were a bit tricky to work in due to the location of the utilities in the basement. Luckily, our production team members are professionals and know how to work safely around any obstacle!

Solution

On installation day, our foreman, Lucio and his crew showed up ready to fix the home's structural issues! In the areas where Rick indicated, the crew installed our SmartJack Stabilizers which are strong beams made of galvanized steel that add support and can be adjusted over time to reverse the floor sloping that has already occurred. The crew was very careful when installing the SmartJacks near the utilities in the basement and they did a great job! Now the homeowner won't have to listen to creaky sounds or worry about sloping floors in their home!
