Challenge
This homeowner in Gilbertville, MA reached out to us with concerns about a large crack on one of their basement foundation walls. One of our sales inspectors went out to the home to assess the foundation and drew up a plan for it. The crack on the wall nearly ran from one end to the other horizontally, it was about 23 feet in length and was caused by pressure from the earth making the wall to bow inward. Solution
