The owner of this home in Bradford, RI had some needed upgrades on their to do list for the basement, and we were happy to help cross them off! The old windows were due to be replaced since they allowing air leakage, require plastic lining on some to keep the outside air out! We replaced them with our EverLast Windows, which are made with double thermorpane glass, making them an energy efficient solution! We also added some supplemental support in the basement after some bouncy floors were reported. The SmartJack columns are able to secure the floor above and keep the structure stable!
