Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A returning client of DryZone's reached out to our office, looking to get a quote for some additional support they felt was needed in their crawlspace. We had previously encapsulated their crawlspace and installed a SaniDry Sedona and SmartJack support system, but they felt they were in need of potentially additional support and wanted to get our professional opinion. 

Our inspector David went out and evaluated how our previous systems had been holding up, and agreed that additional SmartJack supports would be beneficial moving forward for the safety of the home. With the installation of 4 new SmartJacks, over 20 feet of support beam and the fixings to secure these supports - this crawlspace is up to par to ensure the safety of this family and the integrity of their home!

This homeowner in Bridgewater, MA reached out to us because there were visible foundation cracks on the outside of their home. Our inspector, Rick, went to the home to assess the foundation issues and then he drew up a solution for them. Our foreman, Julius, and his crew installed our Push Pier system on installation day. Push Piers are driven deep into the soil beneath the home's foundation to stabilize the structure. Once the Push Piers are in place, they can even be used to lift the foundation and close the cracks. The crew was able to slightly lift the foundation and then they sealed up the visible cracks to close them completely. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about their home having settlement problems!

This homeowner in Roslindale, MA gave us a call because the main floor of their home was sagging and they wanted someone to come out to check on their home's structural integrity. Our inspector, Andy, went out to take a look and he noticed that the wooden ceiling beam in the basement was starting to fail which was causing the floor above to slope, so he drew up a solution that would add support to the home. On installation day, our foreman, Kervin, and his crew installed seven of our SmartJack Stabilizers in the basement. The stabilizers are made of galvanized steel so they stay strong don't deteriorate over time. The SmartJacks provide immediate stabilization and can even be adjusted to lift the floor above back its original position. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about the structural integrity of their home anymore!

This customer from North Falmouth, MA wanted to fix his sagging floor above the crawl space. The floor joists below had weakened over time because of so much moisture getting in this space. So we killed 2 birds with 1 stone by raising and stabilizing this floor using our SmartJack floor support system and then we fully encapsulated the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture seepage! Now, with a stable floor and a dry crawl space, this homeowner was relieved to have called us for help! 

A homeowner in Wareham, MA gave us a call because one of the walls in their basement had cracks and was bowing inward. They were also dealing with water making its way into the basement during heavy rainfall so when our inspector, David, went to the home he drew up a solution that would fix both the foundation and water issues. On installation day, our foreman, Julius, and his crew started with waterproofing the basement. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater and our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to send all of the water out of the home. For the foundation issues, the crew installed CarbonArmor in four areas along the unstable foundation wall. CarbonArmor is carbon fiber sheets and epoxy molding together to stabilize and repair the cracked, bowing wall. Once the CarbonArmor is dry, the wall will no longer move or endure settling issues. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is waterproof and foundation is structurally sound!
